The objective of this course is the strengthening of the skills of health researchers in low- and middle-income countries in the following areas:
- Organizing and managing projects to ensure successful implementation and collaboration
- The ability to present proposals internationally.
Through the necessary project planning and evaluation tools, the course seeks to achieve the following:
- Consider and understand the importance of planning
- Strengthen project planning and evaluation skills
- Apply these skills in daily work
