The training of researchers is an integral part of the scientific and technological activities carried out at the CIDEIM. Research is a tool for training new researchers, who carry out their training work within the lines and diseases studied. It is worth mentioning that the international collaboration in the projects developed allows the students to be enriched by getting exposed to different ways of thinking.<\/p>\n
Doctoral students, master students and bachelor students from national and international universities come to the CIDEIM to carry out research for their thesis or to do internships.<\/p>\n
In addition, we have linked Young Researchers, supported by MINCIENCIAS, with the aim of training recent graduates or professionals with short careers interested in continuing a career in scientific research, providing the environment and tools necessary to enter the field of biomedical research through participation in projects in different thematic areas.<\/p>\n
The young researchers interact not only with their mentors, but also with other CIDEIM scientists and their collaborators. In this way, this experience will help them to define their professional orientation and will put them in an advantageous position to start their postgraduate studies.<\/p>\n
