As Administrative Coordinator, I support the design and implementation of a wide range of organizational processes including the development and implementation of policies and procedures, as well as compliance with institutional and government guidelines and regulations. Since 2016 I support the area of Human Resource Management and have worked together with the Direction of the CIDEIM on policies in relation with organizational structure, and compensation and benefits received by institutional personnel. In accordance with my role in quality assurance of all administrative processes, I have had the opportunity to participate in training courses on Good Laboratory Practices, Good Clinical Practice, Effective Project Planning and Evaluation, and in the Train-the-Trainer course Good Clinical Laboratory Practice (GCLP), all of which has allowed me to understand and interact with the laboratory area and gain an integral view of the research process.
