Main Goals:

• Share research experiences focussed in the dissection of host pathogen interactions in malaria, tuberculosis and leishmania through the application of high-throughput strategies and complex cell-culture methods.
• Provide tools for the design, execution, and data analysis of high-throughput experimental strategies (omics)
• Develop opportunities for collaboration and networking between Colombian and international researchers in the area of systems biology, bioinformatics and translational medicine.
• Expand and strengthen international collaborations between CIDEIM and University of Southampton research groups.
